FAQ

    • When will my product be shipped? 
      • You will be updated as soon as your products have shipped. Please expect 2-3 weeks of processing/ delivery time upon order date. 
    • Can I return/ exchange?
      • We cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges at this time. Please double check your orders before placing.
    • SLZ Collections not responsible for any events that occur to packages after they have left the warehouse. This includes lost, stolen, or delayed items. If your package falls into these categories NO REFUND will be issued. The only time we will refund if it's a manufacturer error and your product came defect at arrival, and all tags must be attached.
